Average Flaccid Penis Length: 3.741 in | 9.504 cm

Average Flaccid Penis Circumference: 3.695 in | 9.385 cm

Average Flaccid Penis Volume: 4.11 in^3 | 67.49 cm^3

Based on 192,074 submissions the average flaccid length is 3.7 inches with a nearly congruent circumference of 3.69 inches. Now looking at erect averages.Global Erect Penis size averages:

Average Erect Penis Length: 5.445 in | 13.856 cm

Average Erect Penis Circumference: 4.661 in | 11.841 cm

Average Erect Penis Volume: 9.55 in^3 | 156.60 cm^3

The average erect penis is approximately 5.445 inches long, with a standard deviation of 0.71 inches which means that one can expect to see many penises with the length of 5.44 plus or minus .71 inches. The smallest penis in this study was 3.71 inches and the largest 7.06 inches. It should be noted once again that the dataset was not composed of the biggest or smallest penises, nor is it made up of every country or person. It is true that there are differences in penis size when comparing country by country, but it is also important to keep in mind that the data set is not complete and has an overrepresentation of Europeans and under-representation of Asian countries and the Americas.
