Step 3 – In-Person Pre-Operative Consultation

Once you are confirmed for the procedure, arrive in the Los Angeles area the day before your procedure. During your in-person, pre-operative consultation, all pre-operative and post-operative instructions will be discussed in detail as well as the procedure itself. A detailed list of potential complications, risks, benefits, and alternatives, including no surgery, will be discussed as well as reasonable post-operative expectations.

Step 4 – Penuma® Penile Enhancement Procedure

Undergo the Penuma^®penile enlargement procedure. The enhancement procedure only takes 45-60 minutes and is offered nationwide. Patients are under anesthesia throughout the procedure, and return to their home or hotel the day of the procedure.

Step 5 – Post-Operative Consultations & Healing

Can my partner tell that I did penis enlargement surgery? Is the implant noticeable?

The physician makes no incisions on the penis. The only incision is on the scrotum and leaves little to no scarring. Patients report that if a partner has not seen the patient’s penis prior to the procedure, the partner cannot tell that there is a silicone implant present. Nevertheless, we do expect that patients discuss this procedure with their partner well in advance of the journey.

With the penile implant, am I always erect/hard?

No. The implant fits naturally with your penis whether you are in a flaccid/soft state or erect/hard state.

I want to get the largest size of the Himplant. Is that possible?

The physician will determine the maximum size that is safe for you based on your individual circumstances. All implants are customized in the operating room for the individual patient and are designed to maximize results in a safe manner.

Some patients wonder what the difference is between FDA clearance and FDA approval.
