Testicle or scrotal stretching doesn’t imply testicle enlargement strategy or therapy. After the steps are carried out, scrotum and testicles will be evidently found hanging lower than before the stretching was initiated. This is a green flag for initiating the second phase of testicle stretching.

The next phase begins with tightly holding the scrotum from the top followed by bending of the wrist in such a way that the testicles are positioned upwards. Then by using the other hand’s palm, testicles are gently scooped and massaged in a circular motion.

Sensitivity can be enhanced by tightly squeezing the testicles in circular motion, all the way to the bottom of the sack. This will cause the testicles to bulge through the scrotum’s skin and it will only contribute to the intensity.

Phase 2 is very crucial in boosting the hormone levels as it includes gentle massaging with modest intensity.

What Are Some Cautions To Maintain While Performing Testicular Stretching?

  • To avoid discomfort or pain, stretching must be gentle and smooth. Stretching too hard can only create more trouble.
  • Testicle stretching can be done during the shower or any other time in privacy. Even doing it thrice daily for over a year can bring significant results as it is all about time and consistency.

Testicle stretching is a healthy habit and practicing it on regular basis can totally change the game. Throwing in some efforts and determination and following the steps accordingly can boost the hormone levels to a significant degree and with elevated levels of sex hormone such as testosterone; male sexual health may be improved.
